Millwright services are the heartbeat of our business, having erected more than 30 tissue, linerboard and medium-density machines over the past 20 years.
We self-perform a full range of services related to millwright services including:
- Installation of tissue machines, paper machines, and board machines.
- Installation of converting, packaging, and industrial manufacturing equipment for integrated production lines
- Precision setting of pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and conveyors
- Laser alignment of rotating equipment
- Leveling and anchoring of machinery
- Installation of skids, modules, and packaged systems
- Modifications to existing equipment for upgrades or retrofits
- Installation and maintenance of belt, screw, chain, and roller conveyors
- Bucket elevators and pneumatic conveying systems
- Alignment and tensioning of conveyor components
- Installation of fans, blowers, mixers, and agitators
- Balancing and alignment of shafts and couplings
- Use of laser trackers, total stations, and dial indicators
- As-built documentation and equipment layout drawings
- Tank setting and alignment
We meet precise tolerances to ensure our projects require little or no adjustments after startup. Our millwrights also set ancillary equipment such as pulpers, conveyors, hoppers, pump motors, tanks, and chemical systems. While on site, we will diagnose and adjust older machines to increase speed and output.
